COMM 220 Interpersonal Communication (3)

An introduction to the basic concepts and theories relevant
to understanding the role of communication in the
development and maintenance of relationships. Course
topics include information processing, perception, verbal
and nonverbal communication, listening skills, self
concept, male/female communication, family communication,
conflict management, and interpersonal
persuasion.
