An introduction to the operation of international financial markets emphasizing the determination of exchange rates, foreign exchange markets, and instruments.

Learning Objectives :
To provide the student with the tools necessary to understand international finance, both at the macro and micro level. At the macro level the course will emphasize economic theories that explain the movement of foreign exchange rates and trade flows. At the micro level the course will emphasize financial instruments and how to manage foreign exchange risk.
