This course explores issues that arise in the context of
doing business and leading organizations. Specifically,
this course helps students see how leaders deal with the
many dilemmas they face when making business and
organizational decisions, given the organization’s internal,
competitive, social, and global environments. The
course covers the leadership issues that arise out of
dilemmas of corporate governance and social responsibility
as well.

Using a foundation of social responsibility and business ethics, you, the student should be able to achieve the following course objectives:
1. Analyze comprehensively the consequences of your decision-making;
