MGMT 401 Organizational Behavior and Change (3)


An experiential learning design for studying the impact individuals, groups, and structures have on behavior within the organization for the purpose of applying that knowledge toward improving an organization’s effectiveness.

Prerequisites: Senior standing; MGMT 301.

Learning Objectives :
This course stresses
both ethical values and scientific evidence concerning people at work and encourages you
always to take a professional approach to this subject. For you -- a potential manager and worker
in some type of organization -- this course attempts to develop your (1) knowledge, (2) attitudes,
and (3) skills in understanding and working with people in your various roles -- manager, peer
and subordinate.
