Finance Committee

The Facilities Committee of the Board of Trustees of the College of Charleston will be charged with considering all matters relating to the buildings and grounds of the College. Such matters will include the acquisition of property (by purchase, lease or gift), the design and location of new buildings, the major repair or renovation of existing buildings, the development and maintenance of the grounds, and all other matters that pertain to the physical care and preservation of the physical plant. All such matters will be considered in light of the adequacy, condition and use of existing facilities, as well as the financial resources available to fund the projects.
