Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities

Please note that the application forms below are provided in two formats: Microsoft (MS) Word and as an interactive pdf file (iPDF).  For AYRA, MAYS, and RPG grants, please submit an electronic version of your application (with or without signatures) to mayc@cofc.edu AND ONE hard copy (with signatures) to Cindi May (55 Coming Street, Room 103). For SURF, please submit an electronic version of your application (with or without signatures) to mayc@cofc.edu. Please submit the original hard copy PLUS 5 additional hardcopies to the Dean of your school.

Please note that the iPDF application may be completed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader (click here to download the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (note: this link assumes you are using Windows XP)), but YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SAVE YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATION UNLESS YOU HAVE ADOBE ACROBAT PROFESSIONAL INSTALLED ON THE COMPUTER YOU ARE USING. THUS IN ORDER TO SAVE AND SUBMIT AN ELECTRONIC iPDF, YOU MUST HAVE ADOBE ACROBAT PROFESSIONAL.  The HTML forms are not currently available, but should be ready soon.

All applications must include a completed uniform application cover page.
