Organizations and Individuals:
1. Seminar / Class Room (First Floor)
Rental Fee: $350.00 for two to four hours
A deposit of $150.00 confirms the date requested
Capacity - 30 people
2. Jeannette and Benjamin Cox Exhibition Hall (Third Floor)
Rental Fee: $450.00 for two to four hours
A deposit of $250.00 confirms the date requested.
Capacity - 50 people
3. McKinley Washington Auditorium (Third Floor)
Rental Fee: $850.00 for two to four hours
A deposit of $400.00 confirms the date requested.
Capacity - 99 people*

College of Charleston Class Rentals:
1. Class Room (First Floor)
Capacity - 30 people

Special Regulations
--Classes longer than two hours will be charged a rental fee
--Occupants cannot charge an admission fee to the building
--Occupants will only use the space in the Avery building covered by this agreement.
--Occupants will not move furniture or make any alterations in the Avery building.
College of Charleston and Avery Institute Affiliations
1. McKinley Washington Auditorium (Third Floor)
Rental Fee: $500.00** for two to four hours (fee includes Avery personnel for tours).
A deposit of $200.00 confirms the date requested.
Capacity - 99 people*

**Rental Fees might be waived or adjusted for College of Charleston or Avery Insitute Affiliation events per decision of Avery Director.

Rental Agreement form must be submitted at least 30 days in advance and must be accompanied by the appropriate deposit.
All catering in the Avery building must be arranged through College of Charleston Catering at (843) 953-5669. No exceptions.
