A Gift of Art ... A Collaboration ... A Challenge

jonathan green

Jonathan Green ... one of South Carolina's most successful, prolific and sought after contemporary artists. His work has been embraced by collector's worldwide. Green's paintings presented in bold stunning colors, are steeped in traditions of family, community and life in the Southern Lowcountry. Works of Green have been featured in numerous museum displays, books, notecards and other gift items .. his annual calendar is renowned and his art has even inspired a series of dance pieces.

Jonathan Green has reached out to Avery with a most generous and exciting proposition. He has donated 29 of his beautiful prints, with the challenge that we fund the matting and framing of these magnificant pieces with contributions by individuals. We count on you for your help in this venture. Once framed and matted by Chuma Gallery, the prints will be on permanent display at Avery.

Avery's proposal to you, support the archival framing and dedicate one of these wonderful prints to a family member, your church, club, organization. Your dedication will be engraved on a brass plaque and beautifully custom featured inside the glass.

This is an excellent naming opportunity in which you may acknowledge
a relative, a friend, a colleague, or anyone of your choosing.

"In memory of my parents.."
"In honor of my son and my daughter..."

The cost to prepare each print is between $190 and $325.
Choose your print ... first come, first choice.
