| Student employees are
very interested in feedback pertaining to their work performance
– good or bad. Periodic evaluations of a student’s
job performance is recommended as a way of enhancing morale, motivation
and commitment to the employer.
Supervisors and students may find evaluations helpful in determining individual strengths and weaknesses as well as providing a base for constructive criticism. Evaluations should become a permanent part of the student's employment file and assist in the development of future professionals. A copy of an evaluation form can be obtained by downloading
