Noontime Activities

Whoop it up on the basketball court, shove some iron around in the weight room, sweat it out on one of the many treadmills or other cardio machines, walk or run on the indoor track or follow some of the routes through the historic district.  Maybe you prefer to jump on your bike and ride over the Cooper River or grab a frisbee and head to Marion Square.   The key is to find something you like to do and do it regularly!

Rush in ... play ... shower ... and leave, all within 60-75 minutes. Can you think of a better lunchtime routine?
