Current Research Projects: 

• Detrmining the interactions between the late transcription factors of vaccinia virus. I am working in collaboration with Dr. Cynthia Wright (MUSC) to understand how the known vaccinia virus transcription factors work to stmulate the transcription of the viral late genes.
