Join over a million readers in the Nineteenth National African American Read-In scheduled for Monday, February 4, 2008. The College of Charleston will celebrate this event with students, faculty, and staff reading aloud from works of African American literature, including works by W.E.B. Dubois, Ida B. Wells-Barnett, James Baldwin, Virigina Hamilton, Martin Luther King, Jr., and Toure.
