Evaluation of Tidal Marsh Restoration in New England

Ultimately, monitoring should inform management of not only impacts and threats to tidal marshes but also benefits from restoration. A suite of monitoring indicators developed through regional consensus were applied to 36 sites in the Gulf of Maine. Results are presented, new indices considered, and next steps proposed.
