Pink Artic Frozen Fruit Salad
From: Nelle Woodruff
Comments: I serve these on a bed of lettuce with a dollop of may. Great to make a few days ahead. This can also be made in a pan and cut into squares.

Ingredients:

1 8-ounce pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbs. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. sugar
1 8-ounce can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup chopped pecans
1 cup prepared Dream Whip

Directions:

Soften the cream cheese. Blend with the mayonnaise, sugar, cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple and nuts. Fold in Dream Whip. Place paper muffin cups in muffin tins and fill with salad mixture. Freeze. When frozen they can be placed in a plastic bag and kept in the freezer until ready to use. Serves 8-10.
