My wife, Mini Narayanan, is teaching physics at Academic Magnet High School (AMHS), N. Charleston.

Hobbies: Music, Developing interesting physics experiments, Exploring new food dishes, and Leraning about new cultures.

My son, Vishnu Narayanan, is an eigth grade student at Cario Middle School, Mount Pleasant.

He received a sliver medal for public speaking in the academic competition "Quest" organized by  Trident Technical College in 2007.

Hobbies: LEGO blocks, Reading, Watching movies and "myth busters", and Learning history.
