Mission Statement
The mission of the Office of Multicultural Student Programs and Services, as a member of the Student Affairs Leadership Team, is to develop new initiatives and complement existing programs which enhance the holistic development of multicultural students at the College of Charleston. We work cooperatively with students, faculty and staff to develop programs, which assist students from admission to graduation. As a member of the College of Charleston family and greater community, we work cooperatively to create a welcoming campus climate, which fosters recruitment and retention of a diverse and inclusive student body and future workforce.
