The CAATE accredited Athletic Training Education Program (ATEP), which prepares students for a career in the field of athletic training is directed by Dr. Susan Rozzi. The program is a competitive and selective program that admits 8-10 students annually. Currently there are approximately 20 students completing this challenging program. The program requires the student to complete five semesters of clinical education in addition to the course work. In the clinical education experience students have the opportunity to work with 15 different clinical instructors at 8 affiliate sites in addition to our own facilities at the Johnson Center and at the Patriot's Point Athletic Complex.
