PROCUREMENT SERVICES AND SUPPLY MANUAL makes available information and direction to all College of Charleston Faculty, Administrators, and Staff directly or indirectly involved in any aspect of acquiring goods and services or accounting for and disposing of goods and equipment.
While every effort has been made to include information on most procurement situations, the PROCUREMENT MANUAL is not all-inclusive. If you are unable to find instructions for your specific situation, please call or visit the Procurement Office.
Procurement also publishes A QUICK GUIDE TO PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY SERVICES which is a simple overview and not intended to be used in place of the PROCUREMENT MANUAL.

News & Tips South Carolina Budget and Control Board Materials Management Office has numerous term contracts for goods and services. The State Information Technology Management Office also has numerous term contracts for materials and services in their area of responsibility. If the order is under $1500, most vendors will accept the State Purchasing Card. All others require Purchase Request Form forwarded to Procurement. |
