GRADUATION FEE

The Graduation Fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that is added to your account when you apply to graduate. The fee is to be paid to the Treasurer's Office at that time, regardless of whether or not you plan to participate in a ceremony.  The fee may not show up on your account until your expected graduation term so check your account carefully before leaving the college. Contact the Treasurer's Office for questions about payment options and when payment is due.

Use your Cougar Trail account to view and pay fees or contact the Treasurer's Office if assistance is required. Graduation fees that are not paid when an application is submitted may result in a hold on your student record and a delay in receipt of your diploma.

Diplomas will not be available to graduates with an account balance. Please make sure all fees, including the Graduation Fee, are paid prior to leaving the college.

FEE SCHEDULE*

One Degree (1 or more majors): $25.00
Two Degrees**(2 or more majors/2 diplomas): $33.00
