DEGREES OFFERED

Undergraduates may earn the following degrees:

•  Artium Baccalaureatus (AB)*

•  Bachelor of Science (BS)

•  Bachelor of Arts (BA)

*Regardless of the intended major, students who plan to complete requirements for the Artium Baccalaureatus degree (AB-Latin) must first declare this intention in the Classics department.

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS

In addition to completing all General Education and Institutional requirements you must also complete the requirements for your chosen major, including having a GPA in your major courses of 2.000* or better. Contact your major advisor for assistance with major requirements. Changes to declared majors (declaring/undeclaring) should be made in the department prior to applying for graduation.

You should always confer with your advisor concerning major requirements, however you may also access major information from the Undergraduate Catalog, your degree audit on Cougar Trail, or by using the Degree Worksheets available from advising.

* Some programs/majors require a higher GPA—see the department for assistance. Your major GPA is included on your degree audit .

MINOR INFORMATION

Minors are not required for graduation*, however if you have declared a minor you must be on target to complete all requirements for that minor (including minor course GPA of 2.000* or better) along with all other graduation requirements before you can be cleared for graduation. Declare or undeclare minors in the department prior to applying to graduate. See your minor department advisor for assistance with minor requirements. Once you have completed (or are registered for) all requirements for your minor, check your degree audit on Cougar Trail.
