Grades

Final and midterm grades will no longer be mailed to students, but will be available on Cougar Trail .

If students prefer to have their grades mailed, they must complete a Grade Mailing Request form (available in the Registrar's Office). This form must be completed each semester before the last day of class for each semester.

Students may also sign a Student Information Release Form to have their grades sent to their parents or to another recipient. This form should be completed for each semester.

If you have information regarding your grades or graduation status which you want to release to your parents or some other recipient, the Student Information Release Form must be completed with specific details of information to be released, to whom, and when. This is a one-time information release. This form, with your signature, is placed in your file after the information has been released.
