Why this page? We provide these instructions to make it easier for you to leave our meeting location if you arrived here from outside the City of Charleston. The shortest and fastest way out of the City of Charleston is not the exact reverse of the way in. Because of the abundance of one-way streets and high traffic conditions usually occurring around meeting times, we suggest following these instructions: To areas north or west of Charleston, SC: From the garage at George and St. Philip streets, exit and make a right onto Liberty Street. Make a left onto George Street then a right onto Wentworth Street. Go to the next light and make a right onto Coming Street. Follow Coming Street to Highway 17. Make a right onto Highway 17 then proceed over the Cooper River Bridge to Mount Pleasant and areas north along the coast or follow I-26 to North Charleston, Summerville, and other areas north and west inland. From the garage at Wentworth and St. Philip streets, exit and make a left onto Wentworth Street. Go through the light at St. Philip Street, proceed to the next light, and make a right onto Coming Street. Follow Coming Street to Highway 17. Make a right onto Highway 17 then proceed over the Cooper River Bridge to Mount Pleasant and areas north along the coast or follow I-26 to North Charleston, Summerville, and other areas north and west inland. Follow Wentworth Street to its end and make a right onto Lockwood Boulevard. Make a right onto the James Island Connector and cross the Ashley River, or proceed straight ahead on Lockwood Boulevard to Highway 17 then make a left and cross the draw bridge over the river. From the garage at Wentworth and St. Philip streets, exit and make a left onto Wentworth Street. Follow Wentworth Street to its end and make a right onto Lockwood Boulevard. Make a right onto the James Island Connector and cross the Ashley River, or proceed straight ahead on Lockwood Boulevard to Highway 17 then make a left and cross the draw bridge over the river. |
