Statistics
(15 Credit Hours)

This program strengthens your experience in applied statistics by combining a solid theoretical foundation with a variety of applied tools and techniques that will help you solve statistical problems in business and industry.
A graduate certificate in statistics can prepare students to become researchers, consultants and management professionals. Any company that collects data for research, marketing and growth can use qualified statisticians.
The program might be of particular interest to professionals in engineering, technology, government, health, business, the sciences or education.
Employment opportunities are expected to grow much faster than the average of all occupations because of the widespread use of statistical analysis to make informed business decisions.
To accommodate the schedules of working professionals, courses are offered during the summer, and in the late afternoon and evening. We also offer full-time and part-time options. The program can be completed in two semesters.
